Storked Demo - Storked is a pc computer game about 4 penguins who are entrusted with a very special egg. The stork in charge of the egg gets into an unfortunate accident over the Antarctic and must rely on his flightless pals to roll the egg to safety. Features:

END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

NOTICE: THE FOLLOWING IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT. PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY. INSTALLATION OR USE OF THE SOFTWARE PROVIDED WITH THIS AGREEMENT (THE "SOFTWARE") CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT, YOU MUST (i) IMMEDIATELY CEASE USING THE SOFTWARE, (ii) DESTROY ALL COPIES OF THE SAME, INCLUDING ANY COPIES STORED ON YOUR HARD DRIVE AND ANY ARCHIVAL COPIES, AND (iii) FOLLOW THE PROCEDURES ESTABLISHED BY THE MANUFACTER.

END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

LICENSE GRANT. Graduate Games grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right and license to use Storked ("the Software") as follows:

1. This license applies to both trial version (unpaid) and full version (paid) of

the Software. There is no warranty and no technical support available for the trial version unless you purchase a technical support agreement.

2. You may install and use the Software on exactly the same number of PC's as the number of licenses you have purchased. The trial version may be installed on

any number of PC's.

4. You may make a reasonable number of back-up copies of the Software to be

used only to replace an unusable copy of the Software.

COPYRIGHT. The Software is proprietary to Graduate Games and its licensors. Graduate Games and its licensors retain all copyrights, trade secret rights, patents, trademarks and any other proprietary rights relating to the Software.

Except as expressly provided in the License Grant above, you may not copy,

reproduce, alter, modify, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or create

derivative works based on, the Software. All rights not expressly granted are

reserved. Any copy of the Software which you are permitted to make under

this Agreement must include all of the copyright and other notices appearing

in the original copy of the Software.

RESTRICTIONS ON TRANSFER. This license is personal to you, and neither your

rights hereunder nor any copy of the Software, may be sold, assigned,

distributed, transferred or sublicensed to any other person, in any media

(including electronic media), without the prior written consent of Graduate Games. Any transfer in violation of this section will be null and void

and will automatically terminate your right to use or possess the Software.

You may however re-distribute the trial version provided that such redistribution

clearly and unambiguously indicates Graduate Games's ownership of the Software

and an explicit reference is made to that effect (For example, by providing a

link to Graduate Games' web site http://www.graduategames.com if distributed electronicallty).

UPDATED VERSIONS. The Software may be updated from time to time by Graduate Games

in its sole discretion. You may obtain such updated versions of the Software

from Graduate Games on the terms agreed upon by Graduate Games and you. Such updated versions of the Software are expected to operate more accurately and

effectively. You acknowledge that you are responsible for downloading and

installing such updated versions of the Software.

WARRANTY. The software, and all accompanying files, data and materials, are distributed "as is" and with no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Graduate Games DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR THAT

THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE. THE ABOVE WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL

OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES

OF MERCHANTABILITY AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.By installing the Software you assume the entire risk of using The Software. In no event shall Graduate Games, or their principals, shareholders, officers, employees, affiliates, contractors, subsidiaries, or parent organizations, be liable for any incidental, consequential, or punitive damages whatsoever relating to the use of the software. In no event does Graduate Games authorize you to use the Software in applications or systems where its failure to perform can reasonably be expected to result in a significant physical injury, or in loss of life. Any such use by you is entirely at your own risk, and you agree to hold Graduate Games harmless from any claims or losses relating to such unauthorized use.

SYSTEM INFORMATION. By installing the Software you grant Graduate Games the

right to access, store and transmit system information concerning the hardware

and software configuration of your computer for the purposes of maintaining, updating and upgrading the Software. Such information shall be strictly treated as confidential by Graduate Games.

GOVERNING LAW AND GENERAL PROVISIONS. This Agreement will be governed and construed by the laws in force in the Republic Of Singapore, excluding the application of its conflicts of law principles. If any part of this Agreement is found void or unenforceable, it will not affect the validity of the balance of the Agreement, which shall remain valid and enforceable according to its terms. This Agreement shallautomatically terminate upon failure by you to comply with its terms. This Agreement may only be modified in writing signed by an authorized officer of Graduate Games.
